Registration Note
1. Each paid registration covers only one paper;
2. Overpages ( more than 4 pages) will be charged 65 USD/CNY 400 per page.
3. One regular registration gets only one proceedings.
4. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
5. Other co-authors or accompanying person can register as the listener or oral reporter.
6. Registration fee of one paper includes one conference proceedings, conference program, conference badge, certificate of presentation, souvenir and attending all technical sessions.
7. The paid registration fee can not be refunded if you can not attend the conference and make oral report, but substitute participants are welcome.
